Past performance of any pick does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions.

3. Subscription and Payment

Access to YourStockPicker requires an active subscription. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may not share your account credentials or allow others to access your account. Each subscription is for a single user only.

5. Prohibited Use

• Redistributing or reselling picks or signals without permission
• Automated scraping or bulk downloading of content
• Using the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempting to reverse-engineer the prediction model

6. Limitation of Liability

YourStockPicker and its operators shall not be liable for any financial losses, trading losses, or damages arising from your use of or reliance on information provided by this service. Use at your own risk.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
